Item Description

For maximum exhaust flow and power gain, the stock catalytic converter must be replaced with a free flowing test pipe. T1R offers the Racing Converter, a high flowing resonated test pipe, for this purpose. Unlike most test pipes which are simply straight pipes and increase exhaust noise significantly, the Racing Converter is fully resonated to reduce sound levels. It is a fully plug and play unit; it is a direct fit replacement and comes with all the necessary sensor holes. When installed in conjunction with header and exhaust, a 3-5whp gain can be expected. Like all T1R exhaust products, the Racing Converter is made from SUS304 aircraft grade stainless steel and features TIG welded construction. Recommended for track and race use only.
