Business Policy
• All credit card purchases must have exact matching billing address.
• All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by SpeedStar Racing, Co. (See below)
• A 5% service charge applies to all engine purchases.
• Special order item(s) are neither refundable nor transferable.
• All engines and used parts are sold AS-IS, no refunds, exchanges or returns.
• All engine modification components, except those that are exempt by local laws, are intended for off-road use only.
• All shipping, customs and handling fee(s) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are neither refundable nor transferable.
RETURN RMA PROCESS
(Return Merchandise Authorization)
- No Refunds. Only store credit or a merchandise exchange honored.
- Contact Speedstar Racing (via email or phone) within 7 business days of merchandise receipt to request your RMA number.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box(es) to be returned
- Return the item(s) within 14 working days of receiving the RMA number.
- All returns are subject to and must pass an inspection prior to issuing of credit or exchange. Returned product(s) must be in its original condition.
- The original or a photocopy of your invoice/receipt must be included with the return.
- All shipping and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are neither refundable nor transferable.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Failure of any of the above condition(s) will constitute a denial for return.
- NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES ABOVE.
